Will Call

Will Call opens 2 hours prior to show time. Valid, government-issued photo ID required for will call pick up. Matching valid, government-issued photo ID required for all credit card purchases. i.e. The person who’s name is on the card MUST be present for ticket purchases.

Children

Children ages 24 months & under (lap-seated) are admitted free.

TRAFFIC & TRAVEL

Traffic Advisory

Expect heavy traffic on ALL HIGHWAYS AND STREETS leading into the venue. Shoreline Amphitheatre highly recommends planning to arrive 2 HOURS PRIOR TO SHOW TIME. Please make sure to plan extra travel time to the venue to ensure you don't miss any part of the show. Carpooling is strongly encouraged whenever possible.

Parking Advisory

Alcoholic beverages, barbeques, camping and tailgating are not permitted in any event parking lots. This is strictly enforced by the Mountain View Police Department. Shoreline Amphitheatre is not responsible for damage, loss or theft – please park at your own risk. Guests are highly discouraged from leaving valuables in vehicles.

General Parking

General Parking is included in the ticket price for this events at Shoreline Amphitheatre.

Accessible Parking

Accessible Parking is located in the lots closest to the venue, with overflow in other designated locations. Please have proper placards and ask to be directed by Parking & Traffic Staff inbound to venue.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Drop-off & pick-up (including taxis, limousines, Uber and other rideshare services) are only allowed in the marked, designated zone on Amphitheatre Parkway, directly across the pedestrian path into the venue. Drop-off: From US 101, take Rengstorff/Amphitheatre Parkway exit and stay in right lane, At the Charleston/Garcia intersection, continue straight onto Amphitheatre Parkway. After the Google stoplight, traffic will be split into 2 lanes. Drop-off's should remain in the right lane. About 250 ft. before the Premier Parking entrance on your left, there will be a clearly marked drop-off area on your right. After your passengers have exited the vehicle drivers will then be asked to exit the area by continuing straight and making a right turn onto N Shoreline Blvd towards the US 101 and downtown Mountain View. Please listen to the traffic personnel they are there to help expedite the process. Pick-up: The pick-up zone is the same as the drop-off zone. When leaving the Amphitheatre, you can reach the pick-up area by using the pedestrian path towards the right side when you exit the gates. Follow the signage along the walking path leading up to Amphitheatre Pkwy. Allow the staff to hold traffic so that you make cross over to waiting drivers. Please make sure to listen to event staff and traffic personnel to get crossed safely.

Bicycle Parking

Bicycle parking is located in designated areas of the parking lots and outside venue gates. Look for signs marking the areas or ask a staff member to direct you. Shoreline Amphitheatre is not responsible for damage, loss or theft – please park at your own risk. Bicycles left locked to any venue property overnight will be promptly removed, including potential damage to locks and bicycles.

VENUE POLICIES

General

All shows go on RAIN OR SHINE. By city ordinance: · Smoking is prohibited at Shoreline Amphitheatre. · Alcoholic beverages, barbeques, camping and tailgating are not permitted in any event parking lots. This is strictly enforced by the Mountain View Police Department. · The use of drones is prohibited at Shoreline Amphitheatre. The general policies listed below are subject to change on an event-by-event basis. It is STRONGLY suggested that you call the Shoreline Business Office at 650-967-3000 on the day of the show you are attending to get the specific rules for that event.

Chairs & Blankets

The following are permitted for most shows: · Blankets: Blankets/towels/ground coverings no larger than 4’x4’ · Chairs: Only low-back beach/sand type chairs with rounded legs are allowed. The chair should have a rounded frame with no pad or pointed footings. The height can be no taller than 34 inches, with legs no more than 6 inches from seat to ground.

Food & Beverage

Must be 21+ with valid, government-issued photo ID to consume alcohol. IDs are checked at all points of sale, and ID checkpoints and wristband distribution points are located throughout the venue for select shows. Shoreline Amphitheatre has a zero tolerance policy for underage drinking and violators will be ejected. The following are permitted for most shows: · Food, provided it fits in a clear plastic bag, no larger than one (1) gallon in size. One (1) bag per guest. · One (1) factory sealed plastic bottle, 20 oz or smaller, containing a non-alcoholic beverage (not frozen) per guest.

Camera/Video

In general, small (point-and-shoot) digital and disposable cameras are allowed in the venue for most shows. Professional equipment including video recording equipment, removable lens cameras, and any laptops/tablets/iPads/Kindles/E-Readers/GoPros/drones are NOT permitted. Flash photography is not permitted. Camera policies vary per event, so it strongly suggested that you call the Shoreline Amphitheatre Business Office at 650-967-3000 on the day of the event you are attending for specific policies for that event. The venue has the right to restrict ALL CAMERAS, at any time, without prior warning.

  • Animals (except for service animals)
  • Any item which, under the discretion of Security, that may be considered a projectile or otherwise dangerous or harmful

Concessions

Located throughout the venue. Vegetarian options available. Enjoy some food and beverage at the numerous concession stands located throughout the venue plazas. Check out the food trucks at the Stage Right Plaza!

Alcoholic Beverages

Craft beer, wine, liquor located throughout the venue. Visit Lucky's Bar on the main plaza for a craft beer or shot of your favorite whiskey. Check out the Sky Bar for a cocktail or a cold beer if you are seated on the lawn. You must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID to consume alcohol. Shoreline Amphitheatre has a zero tolerance policy for underage drinking, violators will be ejected from the venue.

Lost & Found

Lost & Found is located at the Information Booth across from Lucky’s Bar on the main plaza on the day of the event, until the conclusion of that event. Available in the Business Office Monday-Friday from 10:30am-4pm.

ATM

There are ATM machines located throughout the venue.

Medical

Rock Med is the venue medical provider. They are on site at every event, mobile throughout the venue and based on the Stage Left Plaza. If you are in need of medical assistance, notify ANY staff member immediately.

Security

Security staff are located throughout the venue, in white uniforms. If you are in need of security assistance, notify ANY staff member immediately. Guest Assistance

ID10T FESTIVAL Cosplay Guidelines

Costume Prop Policy

No functional props or weapons are allowed. All realistic simulated weapons are prohibited. Simulated or costume fantasy props are allowed as a part of your costume, subject to prior approval by security and compliance with the following:

All costume props and weapons must be inspected at the Costume Prop Check Station, located by the front entrance to the festival.

If you do not want to have your costume props inspected or tagged, or if you are not willing to comply with these policies, please do not bring your costume props to the festival.

  • All costume props must conform to state and federal law
  • Edged weapons are prohibited (swords, knives, throwing stars, etc.)
  • Impact weapons are prohibited (clubs, aluminum and metal bats, hammers, martial arts weapons)
  • Firearms are prohibited
  • Airsoft guns are prohibited
  • Archery weapons are prohibited (cross bows, bolts, bows and arrows of all types)
  • No steel handles
  • Projectile costume props must be rendered inoperable
  • Nerf guns are allowed, but ammunition of any kind (foam or otherwise) is prohibited
  • Fanstasy props (which do not resemble real weapons) will be allowed. This includes, light sabers, plasma phasers, etc.)
  • Items such as bullwhips, ropes and lassos are allowed, but must remain rolled and secured at all times.
  • Incendiary or flammable weapons are prohibited, including any items that are capable of igniting sparks or flames, burning, exploding or combusting.
  • Do not display your props in a threatening or menacing manner. (For instance, it's ok to pose for a picture, but cosplayers should not brandish props while walking the around the Festival.)
  • Keep props in Festival areas. If you leave the premises or go out into public for any reason, please put away any and all props immediately.
  • Props may not be brandished, even for photos, in the Amphitheater or Comedy and EDM tents. Anyone caught doing so will immediately be removed from the venue.
  • After each person's costume prop has been checked, it will be tagged by security and you will be given a wristband to wear to designate that your weapons have been checked.
  • Security will escort you to the Security Desk for inspection if your costume prop is not tagged. 

No costume is not a costume!

ID10T Festival is a family friendly event, and costuming worn should reflect that basic premise. The minimal dress standards are full-coverage bikini top, and full-cheek coverage swimsuit bottoms. In all cases local and state decency laws will be applied.

  • Male attendees are strongly encouraged to wear dance belts under any thin-fabric pants (bodysuits, tights, etc.).
  • Precautions should be taken against costume malfunctions (e.g. double-sided tape, pasties, etc.).
  • Footwear must be worn at all times; stocking feet without shoes are not sufficient.
  • Festival staff reserves the right to insist on modifications of costumes.
